Coaching

“Coaching is a partnering approach that uses a collaborative, thought-provoking and creative process to maximize your personal, professional or spiritual potential.  Coaches provide an ongoing partnership with individuals or small groups of people who want to move forward in an area of their personal, spiritual or professional life.  Coaching is not about winning, but about growing. Coaching is about change.”

What is a life coach?

As a professional life coach, I am trained to listen, collaborate, and ask good questions that empower my clients to achieve their goals.  I provide support and resources that enhances your skills and pushes your thinking.   A life coach is not a consultant, counselor or a therapist, but instead will work to build a relationship that is focused on challenging the client  in supporting and encouraging ways to meet their goals, whether short term or long term, personal, spiritual or business related.  Coaching empowers you.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Is there an area of your life in which you are “stuck”? What three things do you wish were different in your life? Are you ready to make a change in your life path? If you are ready to make changes then contact me to learn more about if coaching is right for you.

Why hire a life coach?

A life coach can be the best investment you make in yourself. A coaching partnership will help you to move forward in in your personal life, business or career path. I believe there are three simple compelling questions to ask when working with a person, group or organization in a coaching relationship. “Where am I now?” (Current Reality) “Where do I want to be?” (Mission, Vision) and “How am I going to get there?” (Goals, Action Steps).

If you are an individual who wants to make a change in your life, whether it is personal, spiritual, career or work related, a coaching relationship can help you get to the next path in your life. Contact me for more information and a free coaching session.
