Group Coaching

Walk the Path of Growth With Guidance, Reflection, and Shared Wisdom

I facilitate supportive coaching experiences for people, teams, and ministry groups who want reflection, accountability, and shared movement toward clarity, courage, and faithful action.

Not a class — a facilitated experience

Learn From Your Own Insight and the Wisdom Already in the Room

In group coaching, I create a space where participants can slow down, listen deeply, reflect honestly, and notice the wisdom already present in the group.

This is not a class where one person has all the answers. It is a facilitated coaching experience where I guide the conversation, ask thoughtful questions, and help people name what matters as they commit to walking the next part of the path together.

Who group coaching is for

Structured Reflection and Accountability, in Community

I design group coaching for individuals who join an open group, or for churches, ministry teams, leadership groups, staff teams, cohorts, or organizations that want to grow together. It may be a good fit for:

  • People navigating a shared season of transition
  • Leaders who need space for reflection and renewal
  • Ministry teams discerning next steps
  • Cohorts or learning communities
  • People who want accountability and encouragement
  • Groups seeking clarity around purpose, calling, or change
Possible group coaching themes

Shaped Around the Needs of the Participants

Each group is shaped around the needs of the participants. Some groups focus on life transitions; others on leadership, discernment, ministry, or moving from procrastination into purposeful action. Possible themes include:

From Stuck to Steady

Moving out of overwhelm and into grounded, sustainable action.

Discernment & Decision-making

Listening well and choosing with clarity and courage.

Life & Leadership Transitions

Navigating change with intention and support.

Reclaiming Time, Energy & Focus

Building rhythms that protect what matters most.

Procrastination to Action

Closing the gap between good intentions and follow-through.

Spiritual Formation & Faithful Next Steps

Leading through change, renewal, and ministry imagination.

What participants can expect

Reflect, Listen, and Share

I invite participants to reflect honestly, listen deeply, share as they are comfortable, and identify next steps that fit their own context. A group coaching experience may include:

  • Guided reflection questions and individual reflection time
  • Short teaching or framing around the session theme
  • Coaching questions and facilitated group conversation
  • Practical next-step planning and accountability between sessions
  • Optional resources, readings, or practices
Why group coaching works

“Sometimes people need more than information. They need space to process what they already know, courage to name what is true, and support to take the next step. In a group coaching setting, I help create that space so no one has to walk the path by themselves.”
