About Toni Norris, PCC I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
A Thoughtful Partner for Clarity, Courage, and Faithful Action
I am a United Methodist leader, educator, author, and coach, who helps people move from stuck to steady through reflection, listening, and faithful next steps.
Years of Walking Alongside People and Communities
My work has been shaped by years of ministry leadership in the United Methodist Church, where I have designed curriculum, facilitated learning communities, written and taught resources, and helped churches create meaningful spaces for spiritual formation across generations.
My experience with children’s spiritual formation is at the root of my coaching style. Children teach us to listen before we explain, wonder before we solve, and make room for the questions beneath the question. That same listening-first posture now shapes the way I walk alongside adults, leaders, and groups in seasons of change.
Through Coaching Pathway, LLC, I offer individual coaching, group coaching, and facilitated experiences for people who are navigating life, leadership, and transition.
A Calm, Thoughtful Presence
I listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and help people name what is true, imagine what is possible, and take steps that are grounded in their values. My coaching is reflective and practical, spacious and action-oriented.
Before launching Coaching Pathway, my work in ministry and education taught me that formation rarely happens by force. Growth happens when people feel seen, when their stories are honored, and when they are invited to take one faithful step at a time.
That is the heart of my coaching practice: helping people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next move reconnect with their own wisdom, clarify what matters, and move forward with courage.
“Transformation often happens through partnership, reflection, and faithful movement — one step at a time.” A theme from my book, Walk With Me: Your Spiritual Esteem Journey, and a guiding thread in the mission of Coaching Pathway, LLC.
